In 1973, Thomas M. Jones was working with an addiction services agency, helping the “bad kids” who went through the court system and exploring ways to help people break free from negative patterns developed in childhood. It was there he made a radical discovery.

When you think of kids trying to get high, you might assume they’re all looking for an escape. But Thomas realized that this isn’t the case for many kids. They’re looking to find reality, feel like themselves again, and relieve pain.

Thomas also saw firsthand that most addiction treatments available to us are ineffective, and may even exacerbate the problem. He came to understand that core problem isn’t the drugs – it’s how we’re interpreting the human condition. That’s why Thomas created The Paradox Process.

The Paradox Process combines scientific evidence and meditation method into a simple protocol that engages the impulse of neurons in the brain and redirects the pathways. It is a mindfulness tool you can use to identify, communicate, and change negative feelings and perceptions.

Those who have the courage to confront themselves through The Paradox Process, in order to engage with the world and create the life they are capable of creating, will be rewarded with transformational, objective understanding.

Are you tired of feeling depressed? Want to feel like yourself again, or maybe for the first time? Struggling with finding a fulfilling romantic relationship?

Then now is the time to tune into this episode to learn more about Thomas M. Jones and The Paradox Process.
