Friends for almost 20 years Kerrilynn Pamer and Cindy DiPrima share a love for wellness and an even deeper love for refined and inspired living. Veterans of the worlds of style and magazine editorial, they founded CAP Beauty with a mission to merge the worlds of wellness and design.
Kerrilynn’s first business, the clothing and accessories store Castor & Pollux, was a much loved fixture in NYC’s West Village. Kerrilynn introduced natural beauty to her customers in 2010 and watched the interest and love for this category grow. She herself became enthralled and was amazed there was no single destination where she could shop for the newest and most exciting natural brands.
Kerrilynn partnered with her longtime friend the photo stylist Cindy DiPrima. Known for her intelligent and elevated approach to style, Cindy has contributed to Harper's Bazaar, Domino, and Town & Country among other publications. As two style-obsessed friends, they dreamed of building a brand that would deliver naturals in the most inspired and edited way. With a heavy focus on design and sensibility, and a deep passion for healthful beauty, Kerrilynn and Cindy created CAP Beauty.
In this double episode, we have an all-encompassing chat with CAP Beauty founders Kerrilynn Pamer and Cindy DiPrima.
Their story is an inspiring tale of two NYC fashion, and style professionals turned health and wellness entrepreneurs.
Through their love for design, New York City living, and all things natural beauty, they have created a quickly growing lifestyle brand that touches all aspects of urban habitation, from organic cosmetic and personal care products to spiritual practices, and building a clean & green home environment.
This show will not only inspire you to create the lifestyle your mind, body, and soul crave but also leave you with a wealth of practical tactics for creating a healthy, pristine life- whether in a city or the country.
Pass this episode on to a friend who could use a lifestyle upgrade, and some fresh inspiration.
To building your ultimate lifestyle,
Luke
64% of the U.S. population is already drinking coffee, but 100% of us should be drinking Four Sigmatic coffee — because it’s more than just coffee! It has Lion's Mane, which is my favorite medicinal mushroom because it helps with focus, productivity, and creativity. It’s just like a little biohacking bomb for your brain! And what I love most about Four Sigmatic is that you can get all of that in an instant coffee, which is great for when you’re busy or on the go or just don’t want to make a cup of coffee. And of course we have a special offer for the Life Stylist podcast audience. You will get 15% off your Four Sigmatic order when you use the code LUKESTOREY at foursigmatic.com/LUKESTOREY.
